SOUTH FORK BAKERY
Nicholas travels all the way from East Moriches to our kitchen in Amagansett to be a part of our South Fork Bakery staff. He is an expert packer of our cookies!
Robert is a graduate of the BOCES Culinary Program and he has wanted to be a baker since he was very little. We are so glad to make his dream come true at South Fork Bakery!
Leftheri has mastered every job at South Fork Bakery since he joined us in 2016. Congratulations on becoming part of the full time staff at Cappeletti's Restaurant in Sag Harbor this year! We are grateful that he still works occasionally to help out in a pinch and to sell at festivals and fairs.
Joe joined our team in 2017. He not only packs our cookies but he delivers them with his aide to our stores from Hampton Bays to Mattituck!
Collier began working with South Fork Bakery in the fall of 2016. He is attending the Vocational Independence Program at NYIT this year. Collier and his family are our top salespeople at our markets and festivals so we are happy to have him rejoin our team this summer!
Sasha is a recent graduate of SUNY New Paltz in geography. She has worked during the summers while she has been in college being our "Chocolate Chunky Queen." We will miss her as she moves on to jobs within her field of expertise!
Julian has been with the bakery since it started in May of 2016. He weighs our cookies dough to make cookies but his favorite job is taking inventory of our baking ingredients!
Gina has worked with us for the past two summers. We are happy to have her as part of the South Fork Bakery team!
Laila is a recent graduate of SUNY New Paltz in education. She has worked with us for the past three summers. We will miss her as she moves on to a job in her field of expertise!
